Built by people who know the month-end scramble
iQuantifAI started with two friends, a shared frustration, and countless conversations over pints.
One of us is an ex-Palantir engineer. The other is a quantity surveyor who had spent years dealing with the reality of commercial management in construction.
For six months, we met every week and traded pain points. We talked about spreadsheets that had become impossible to trust, calculations repeated by hand, data scattered across systems, and the pressure of getting everything right when month-end came around.
Eventually, we stopped talking about the problem and started building.
We built iQuantifAI inside a live contractor, around real commercial workflows and real project data. That meant building for the way QS teams actually work, not asking them to change the way they work to fit the software.
The result is a platform that brings commercial data together, reduces the manual work involved in managing it, and gives teams better information to make better decisions.
